In my late teens I turned my back on the Lord. Looking back I could see how all during that dark time the Lord was with me and making my way for me to return to Him. Even when I wasn’t faithful, He was faithful. He will never leave us nor forsake us, and He will walk with us through the dark valleys. And His forgiveness, even for terrible betrayal, is so complete that it inspires unending devotion when we finally turn back to the One who loves us. I am so grateful to Jesus!
